The wines
The yield from those planted vines will be the basis for a variety of quality wines of blended or pure structure, which shall be aged in high grade French and American oak casks.
The selection of corks and bottles is determined by the Gulbanis Wine’s drive to maintain or better its high quality product during prolonged storagе, ensuring the unique experience of its future owner.

The development of the wines will be carried out by our own Gulbanis Wine Technologist, supervised by consulted Bulgarian and Australian wine blenders with internationally renowned reputations.
The combination of the Bulgarian and Australian expertise, invested in the skillful production of our quality wines’ will realize a truly European product of outstanding elegance, to be sought after at an affordable price.

Аssoc. Prof Valentin Bambalov
Lecturer at the Agricultural University in Plovdiv, Faculty of Viticulture and Horticulture. Driving force in the design and development of the future Gulbanis Wine Winery and wine production process specification. In the interim Mr. V. Bambalov supervises the production of Gulbanis Wine products from the grape pressing up to the wine bottling for distribution.

Assoc. Prof Krasimir Bambalov
Lecturer at the Agricultural University in Plovdiv, Faculty of Viticulture and Horticulture. Main contributor towards the specification of wine production equipment and storage facilities for the Gulbanis future winery. In addition, Prof. K. Bambalov consults Gulbanis Wine on the vineyards health care, vine selection and its agricultural endeavors to ensure the quality of our planted grape varieties.

Stephen Bennett
Independent Australian Wine Production Consultant has been engaged to assess wine production processes which could be implemented in the future wine production by Gulbanis Wine.

The future
Gulbanis Wine will release its first production of Quality Wines in the winter of 2010, which will be made from the grape berries of its Cabernet Franc and Muscato Bianco vines.
In the following years as other variety of grapes become mature with a corresponding increase in volume and in addition to our blended wines, we are looking at an exciting and prosperous future.
